The ensemble “Team Tien + 1” was founded in 2013. It consists of a double wind quintet - two flutes, two oboes, two clarinets, two bassoons and two French horns – with addition of a double bass. The players are experienced amateurs, aiming at high level performances under supervision of professional conductor and horn player Sjef de Kort. Beside works originally written for the ensemble score, the repertoire encompasses arrangements of compositions created during the past three centuries by, among others, Brahms, Dvořák, Franck, Grieg, Poulenc and Stravinsky.
